Tried to use the report format and all i get from the system message is "Player not found" no matter how I type the players name, partial or fullname . This is how I type it into the chat
!report <Playersname> <Teamkilling> hit enter and system says player not found when that person is currently in the game
Ingame report is only to draw admins' attention (if on server) - it's not sufficient to get someone kicked or even banned.

Pretty sure it's better to make a more detailed report here on the site itself, if you truly feel like action should be taken against said person.
Just make sure you provide evidence, can't expect the admins to go through god knows how much stored demos/logs just to find the events in question.
