I updated PunkBuster to v2.306|A1393 and Test Services no error but servers still kick and ban me.

You have to know the kick reason is for anyone to help you. Restart the game and write it down, in full and exact. Also I think you may need BF2 patch 1.50 . If so go to https://battlelog.co/downloads.php#tools and use their patches , as their downloads are clean.

Problem is bad installation with bad cd-key
Download & Install "Revive BF2 Full Free2Play" from batlelog forum.
(battlelog dot co/post.php?id=10055#p26768)
and install BF2Hub
