We hope you are all well and started into a glorious year 2017 and like every year, 2017 will bring many changes - for many of us. Be it family, hobbies or career: everything around us changes. And so do we.


Back in January 2007 2F4Y.com was launched as Karkand only vehicle server.
We later provided airmaps and citymaps servers - always with full vehicle support.
Because this is Battlefield: vehicular warfare - by air, land and sea!

We've gone through many things together, both bad things and good things with the latter often making us forget the first ones. We had a great time with this game. We found new friends to stay with and a place to spend our spare time at.
With that spent time - both you on our servers and our administrators behind the scenes - we were able to make 2F4Y.com a place that was worthwhile to stay and we were able to provide profound experience for important other Battlefield 2-related projects dedicated to keep this great game alive - like BF2ahd and BF2Hub.

Our journeys to the determined successors Battlefield 3 and 4 were short ones and reminded us of how great Battlefield 2 was and still is.

But after 10 successful years with Battlefield 2, we at 2F4Y.com have to sadly turn to our beloved game and say: "Farewell, my friend!"

2F4Y.com will shut down its Battlefield 2 game server and website services during February 2017.
