You can but its a bit hard! You have to sit in stinger, anti air or you got to fly a jet and switch to missiles with f key. Basically you follow your target, wait for the signal and you are locked on the target. Press left click to fire your newly locked missiles on the attack helicopter!

then u cant its manually
