Hello!
Operating system: Windows 7 64 bit
Battlefield 2 single player offline mode is OK!
I used the BF2 Hub Patcher, as I can see this runing correctly, but when I click "Play Battlefield 2" I got an attached error message.
Thank you for your help in advance.

On your screenshot we can see that your BF2.exe exists and is properly patched.
Therefore i assume that the error "Failed to prepare your Battlefiled 2 installation to use with BF2Hub (File: BF2.exe, Code: 5)" is a result of the broken Game Explorer on an outdated Windows 7.
SOLUTION
Either update your Windows 7 with the latest updates or go to "BF2 Downloads" section, get BF2-GameUxFixed-Ubeogesh.zip and fix the issue as described in the instructions:
1. Download BF2-GameUxFixed-Ubeogesh.zip
2. Unzip BF2-GameUxFixed-Ubeogesh.zip
3. Run BF2-GameUxFixed-Ubeogesh.bat
