I have been playing on this server for a some time and last 10 days I am getting kick every time i try to join the server (got that excessive killing massage).
Is it possible that it is ISP (Internet Service Provider) problem because I changed it at the beginning of this month and after that I can't join anymore?
I can join and play on any other BF2 server normally except this one. Cd key, computer and my location is the same and my name is not on ban list, already checked that.
It is possible that my account is somehow connected on old ISP ?
is there any way to reset that ? or is it here another problem ?
Can anyone assist with solution ?

If you are sure cd-key was not changed then it's probably due to your new IP. Cheaters here seems banned by region(i.e. by some ip range) so your ISP provided address from that range.
Would not expect much help with unbanning, so you you need to help you by yourself
Use vpn/another isp or ask provider change ip if possible.

So IP addresses are also banned, I thought it was done only by nickname so probably that is the problem here.
