So being that my report was immediately archived ,does that mean all of what 'Twitch.TV/Hakei1' does is acceptable game play and not a hack? And if so I guess I can do the same?

Just want to level the playing field. And is it cheating, that's my question . And if this is not cheating why is it not public info, instead of being kept in the dark.
