Suggestion: Disable the possibility of changing to another team |

It happens very often when one team starts to lose, the other's players start to switch to the winning team, thus leaving the game unbalanced and further weakening the other team.
The server tries to balance automatically and sometimes ends up forcibly switching some players from the other team to the team that has less players, but these players often played the entire match on their team from the beginning, and are forced to play for the enemy team because of other players who quitted or changed from that team because they were losing , and that is irritating and unfair.
Therefore, I think it would make more sense to disable the possibility for the player to manually change teams.
This would help both to balance more numerically and in terms of rank and skill, as it would prevent strong players from defecting to the winning team, something that happens very often and makes the game very unbalanced. |

one side is getting hosed, people quit. winning team members get auto switched. the the two clowns switch. causing more people to get auto switched. Player switching themselves was turned off. Some make it though anyway, most disconnect and reconnect to switch.
The real problem is that the more common server setting is to switch only non-squad members when auto kicks in. Unfortunately, this was changed a while back. It was presented as an attempt to keep people.
Apparently Oldtomato has the ability to switch himself, recently preferring the US side. What Zephra/Konnari/?? is currently doing is anyones guess, since he no longer streams live and his name, if he is playing has changed again. Or maybe his goat is pregnant. |

Firstly, no one will change anything. No commander elimination votes, no transitions between teams. Nothing will be implemented already. At least this is the approach for now. Secondly, the bigger problem is that a lot of people are afk. We need to clean these out more often. It's disgusting to play for a team with such hanging corpses. |
