Maybe I'm the only one bothered by the current map rotation, but the restart time, for example, is way too late in the evening! People who start playing around 8 PM will never get to play Jalalabad or Mashtur, which are in the top 5 in the voting. Instead, they get Clean Sweep and Fuji Pass or Zatar, which aren't even in the top 10!
switching between the city map and the air map after restart would be great like :
Karkand
Wake
Mashtur
Dalian
Jalalabad
Dragon Valley
Sharqui
Gulf of Oman
Songhua
Kubra
etc.

The server has been very dead lately. I would suggest maybe changing up the Map rotation in off-peak times.
In the mornings these Assault airmaps (maps where one team doesn't have Uncap but other team does) Have a tendency to be absolutely horrible. They take forever to end and for some reason people just LOVE capping the main base flag from the defending team.

Wake island 2007
Sharqi peninsula

I think putting in more city maps in these low population times and NO assault airmaps would allow the server to fill up faster.
Perhaps make it switch to 1 citymap -> 1 airmap after 1 AM all the way until the next time Karkand comes up (around 1 PM usually). While avoiding these assault airmaps (maybe not completely but at least toned down to only come once every 3 airmaps) where the defending team will just lose their main base and have no jets no helis and just be helplessly raped until the server is empty.
So the non assault airmaps left available:
Zatar wetlands
Dalian plant
Daqing oilfields
Gulf of oman
Highway tampa
Midnight sun
Operation smoke screen
Operation road rage
Taraba quarry
