Finally it works. I reinstalled windows and bf. I had to low level format my harddisk. It could be a harddisk failure. Then i manually updated pb and played a few hours  thx for your help 
@h0ke: You have to write the error message at least, or disable cheats ^^

Hello !
I did all what was typed there, first update my PB second i reinstalled or something, still getting this error on most sevrervs, but sometimes i can join.

common problems are
- processor load (heartbeat stopped)
- firewall, virus and security software
- punkbuster not updated
so please be sure to take care of these things before reporting punkbuster problems.
for example: i got kicked sometimes because of pb heartbeat stopped, because my computer was TOO busy to do the pb heartbeat (might happen if you do something else with your computer while playing)

Pb is updated as i said, antyvirus & firewall also off but I don't getting (understand) first common problem.
i turned off all appz while playing, and I'm not doing anything more.

How can I check if I have the lastest version of punkbuster? I just got booted/banned out of the server and was wondering if the version of punkbuster has anything to do with it.
I'm not scared or anything but if I update punkbuster manually and I already have the newest version, will it overwrite? Crash? Uninstall?
Any help is appriciated. |

If you already have the latest version it will inform you. And nothing will happen. So it's quite safe, but I don't think thats you're problem.

i had some problems with punkbuster "handshake failed" today until i deactivated the Windows-Defender in Windows Vista..
maybe this helps other players with similar problems

Windows vista.. uh. It took me 45min to install a simple program due all security checks when I once tried it.

umm i think i posted here but on one of your servers called city maps i keep crashing out to windows but on the other 2 servers i dont and ive update all mine
Im here to have fun all day i also dont care about race or what ever they say we are all humun afterall live on the same planet so just cause some one looks defferent than you does not mean you can ster or call them names.
