I have the problem, i am cant connect but i am not in banned list. "Playername/PID number "500124074" does not exist on our banlist!"

Guys if anyone of you has problem to join server like me (for example 2F4Y server) because of "You have been kicked from the server by admin or for excessive teamkilling..." then just try this method (it is working in my case): close BF2Hub Client program, launch original BF2.exe as an administrator (EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\BF2.exe), try to login (you will have "you have failed to connect..." error, push OK), push Quit. After that launch Battlefield 2 by using BF2Hub Client, log in, go to Options - Audio, and in my case I have changed Sound Quality from Low to High (you can try to change another Audio option for example or can change nothing), then push Apply and Quit the game.Then launch Battlefield 2 by using BF2Hub Client and try to join server, in my case it was 2F4Y server and the error "You have been kicked from the server by admin or for excessive teamkilling..." was gone! I found this method here:

Man, for some reason closing the client and running the exe file as administrator still allowed me to connect to my user.... should i close the client from somewhere else except from the taskbar programs? |

Hi I have just been able ro rejoin battlefield 2 after a 2 year absence and upon trying to join your server I have the kicked/ teamkilling notice can i please have access as i have very fond memories of playing in your server for many years now and even remember getting my 3 star general whilst there. Hi comrades! Veteran returning player here, I'm looking for comprehensive BF2 experience like OG days.

K guys pls check now if you are unbanned or if I did something that might have allowed to unban me. I will not provide you with the possible solution yet because I want to know for sure if whatever I did is the solution or if server just unbanned me by itself |

Hello, installed game yesterday but can't access to server, saying kicked by admin or vote for excessive teamkills which is not posssible as i never played yet on your server.

well in your case if you haven't played for a long time I assume you must install bf2 key manager and then you should be able to play, if you'll have issue still then respond here, I was talking more to players who were able to play but are not able to right now |

While I'm waiting for my request to be seen/processed by an admin I might aswell throw out a question here if anyone can answer.
Basically I fired BF2 backup after a couple of years, played some games yesterday and today when I loading into the server I pretty much immediately got kicked for "You have been kicked from the server by admin or for excessive teamkilling" and upon rejoining the server I instead got "You have been banned from the server by admin or for excessive teamkilling".
No clue as to what I've done, these are the first couple of games I'm playing since probably 2022 so it really feels odd for this to happen and I've got no clue as to what I may possibly have been banned for?.
Does anyone know if the admins are actively looking at the unban requests or will I have to abandon BF2? Would be really sad as I got a new spark for BF2 after playing the BF6 Beta. |
