I got same problem with the message:"You have been kicked from the server by admin or for excessive teamkilling or as the result of a successful kick vote".
Tried to post an unban request with result:"Playername/PID number "xXxCnuHorpbI3xXx" does not exist on our banlist!"
Tried to change cd-key.Didn't work out.
Pls,send help.

I tried unban request but it said what i am not in banlist.

There isn't such thing as a public banlist here.
I just wanted to whitelist you but then I saw this:
