Hi

I write behalf of my friend. The issue is she cant join your server , kicked out constantly. She bought secondhand game two months ago and im guessing previous owner did something to cause this. Is the cd key issue if previous owner had bad reputation in the game. Shes playing by nickname LiiNUX. What can we do to fix this?
