Which message posted above are you referring to? If you're talking about sending a request for unban, I explained, when forming the request, it wrote to me that I'm not in the banlist.
It's obvious, my provider is blacklisted and because of that I can't play on this server for more than 3 months. If I will give out mobile internet on my laptop, the ip address will change and I can play, but it is discomfort, ping, crashes, hangs.
I have no other choice but to spam here, because I do not know who to turn to, here I need only an administrator who will remove my ipi from the blacklist, but they are not where they are at all
