Not really:
Use CrytalCPUID to change multiplier and voltages under windows - so you save some temperature in idle status that you can "use" while playing (without Crytalcpuid idle maybe 50° and while playing 60° -> delta_temp=10°, with crytalcpuid idle maybe 40° and while playing 60° -> delta_temp=20°, so you may have a longer period before game crashes)
But to use CrytalCPUID you have to know what you do (read a tutorial or you can crash your Hardware because it's also an overclocking software).
Also you could leave the PC-Case opened or install some more case-fans...
A change of the heat-sink could be effective too but with this system I think you shouldnt invest too much money (bcus its already total outdated).
If your PC is under the desk or somewhere watch that it has enough space so that the heat can escape better...
OR next time do it like me: Watercooling rulez (silent, effective but expensive)...

I have a very good setup for hot summers when temps rising
Just open your side cover on you PC and let a large desk fan blow right into it. It reduce the heat very effective. Running a PC during summertimes with closed chassis kills you machine, unless you using Water cooling. Adding more fans won't help, since you need to get rid of the generated heat inside, therefor a big fan blowing cool air right into it works best |

"The act of teabagging has become popular in multiplayer first person shooter video games. This is executed by the player who just killed an enemy running over to his corpse (if any) and repeatedly crouching in his opponent's face. This is done to imply domination or humiliation. Although teabagging is generally considered bad sportsmanship, its use is widespread throughout amateur and professional gaming." ^^
